Customer Experience & Rentals
Customer Experience takes on a whole new meaning at Invacare. What we provide and the services that we offer, assist people to make their lives easier and more fulfilling!
Our Customer Service teams are made up of a Rentals team and a Trade team who service Australia and New Zealand. We are always working on ways to improve our services and recruit people who would like to embark on this fulfilling journey with us.
Invacare offers various other roles within our Customer Experience group including a large Rentals Warehouse and our General Operations team who are responsible for cleaning, servicing and picking our equipment. Our In-Field Drivers are our front line link to our customers, delivering and collecting our rental equipment.
In addition to this, we have a Rentals Technician area who service our equipment before it gets delivered to patients.
All areas of Customer Experience take pride in their roles and ensure that quality is of the utmost importance.
