About the role
We are thrilled to announce that we have an exciting opportunity available for a Clinical Educator to join our organisation. This is a key role in our Technical Services and Education team, working closely with customers and internal employees to support them to become confident in the clinical benefits of our product portfolio.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Working alongside our Commercial teams to design and develop a Clinical Education programme
- Developing, planning and delivering learning programs and training to internal and external stakeholders
- Providing clinical and function education, guidance and advice
- Identifying and supporting individual clinical and functional learning needs
- Facilitating training for employees to meet mandatory training requirements and providing coaching in a positive and supportive manner.
- Preparing evidence-based and contemporary materials to deliver and assist with learning and for reference to achieve safe practice, especially with new products and technology.
You’ll become our resident expert, using creative and flexible learning models combined with adult learning principles that will cater to a diverse range of people.
About you
We are looking for someone with an open mindset who has a passion for and is experienced in teaching, mentoring, developing and delivering training and learning sessions that will help to boost the understanding and benefits of our products.
You will foster collaboration and communication, and this combined with your ability to build strong and long-term relationships will be your keys to success as you work with our customers and internal teams to share your knowledge and provide additional clinical support.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven clinical credibility in a specialty area (therapists who have current accredited practicing certificates will be highly regarded)
- Effective and engaging communication skills – both written and verbal
- The ability to self-manage and organise your workload effectively to meet goals
- Excellent group facilitation skills
- Innovative and flexible problem solving approaches
- Knowledge of and proven performance in adult teaching and learning principles
- Proven aptitude in using a wide variety of systems
- An ability to translate technical information into an easy to understand language
This role works cross functionally across our Australian and New Zealand locations (up to 30% travel away from home) and works closely with our team in Europe. It is essential that the successful candidate is someone who can commit to travelling as and when required and can be flexible in their working hours at times to accommodate different time zones.
