About the role
Step into a high-impact role as Commercial Product Manager and shape the future of our product portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be at the heart of our commercial strategy ensuring viability, driving sustainable growth, boosting profitability, and ensuring our products truly make a difference for dealers, customers, and end-users. Working cross-functionally with Commercial Sales, Supply Chain, Technical Services, and global Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind product success in the region.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Craft and execute dynamic product marketing strategies aligned with global vision and local market needs.
- Dive deep into market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to fuel smart pricing, promotions, and positioning.
- Own the product lifecycle—from launch to legacy—partnering with internal and external stakeholders every step of the way.
- Support tender and contract responses with sharp commercial acumen, becoming a trusted advisor for internal and external partners and teams.
- Lead product promotions and training initiatives that energize our commercial and technical teams.
- Collaborate on SIOP planning and pricing strategies to optimise margin and inventory performance.
About you
You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and around 5 years of experience in product or category management. Bonus points if you’ve worked in rehab, aged care, or home care settings. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable, and you’re a whiz with Microsoft Office.
You bring:
- Proven success in developing and executing product marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, margin analysis, and commercial planning.
- A proactive mindset, ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
