Customer Service Representative (Fixed Term)

We have an opportunity for a positive, people focused personality to join our Rentals Customer Service team in a 12-month fixed term role. Our customer service teams are our one of our front-line links to our customers and communities, and your role plays an important part in ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional standard or service, and getting our equipment out to those who matter most.
A normal day at work will see you:
- Take phone calls from our valued customers, answering queries and helping them with our rentals process
- Manage a busy inbox and assisting our walk-in customers
- Complete administration work such as entering orders and processing collections
- Making outbound calls to customers to arrange collections
- Update customers with delays, estimated timeframes, and order follow ups
- Liaise with District Health Boards and Occupational Therapists to answer queries, updates on orders and collections and joining meetings where applicable
You’ll bring a passion for helping others and have strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a resilient yet empathetic approach. Our calls and admin work can be complex so you’ll need to be able to work independently to handle and resolve calls but will also be provided with support along the way.
Ideally you:
- Are organised and can multitask well
- Can be tech savvy with the ability to pick up multiple systems and run with them.
- Have experience using Microsoft products and an ERP system such as JDE or SAP
- Are able to embrace change, work collaboratively and be flexible in your work approach
- Have previous experience in a Contact Centre or Administration position
This position is full time, 40 hours per week working mostly Monday to Friday with one rostered Saturday every 6-8 weeks.
